The healing I offer comes from the heart. I understand what courage it takes for people to decide to make big changes in their lives and I offer a safe space for powerful healing and transformation to occur.
The work I do is holistic. That means the whole situation is taken into consideration rather than just treating a symptom. In regards to the work I do, Mind, Body and Spirit are addressed.
Our beliefs, both conscious and unconscious create what shows up in our lives. Our bodies tell the stories of the beliefs and emotions we are holding on to. Our ability to connect and co create with Spirit provides healing and wholeness. I believe that people are able to be the most empowered version of themselves when they are able to truly love themselves. Imagine creating your life free of self imposed limits and judgement. My life's work centers around helping people to restore self love or even learn it for the first time. When you know your true worth, creating what you desire can be joyful and happen with ease.
People often ask me to explain the energy work that I do. I've extensively studied many healing modalities. But, to break it down in the simplest way to explain, and easiest way to understand, I help people realign and reconnect with their own light and the light of God. The light within you is you at your most authentic self.
