Hi, I'm Jay Kibbee, a family man, dog lover and budding entrepreneur. My purpose in life is my
daughter Chloe and to care for her and my beloved cocker spaniels, Henry and Oscar (brothers!).
However you came across this site, a bit more about me. I founded and run "Jay Buys Houses" in Des
Moines and other cities in the midwest. I got my start real estate back in 1998 when I first started my
learning process, but didn't get to my first deal until early 2001. Since that time, I've helped (yes, I
have testimonial letters) dozens of sellers in many different situations, some of those, I've been through
myself personally. Funny how life can teach us the best lessons and by the grace of God, we continue
on. My other passion is business and working with companies by developing websites and continually
practicing and learning the latest SEO (search engine optimization) techniques for sustained growth.
So, regardless if you own a house you'd like to sell either at full-price or for all-CASH, or if you're a
business owner looking to get more phone calls and leads from your website, I welcome the
