The Javan Restaurant was established in 1986 on the Westside of Los Angeles, California. The Persian Cuisine it offers is an authentic and delicate blend of featured dishes that represent the diversity of the provinces of Iran, each with their distinct and unique culinary traditions, flavors and food styles. It includes a wide variety of food and a diverse variety of salads, pastries, and drinks specific to different parts of Iran.
