I have also personally invested in real estate and managed properties since 1985. Today, I am here to help people as a Realtor as both a listing agent and a buyer's agent. I continue to educate myself so that I can properly represent my clientele in any position they may need: whether it is to short sale their current home; whether it is to purchase a home; whether it is to obtain current valuation of their residence; or perhaps even to ask a few questions about real estate because you don't know which way to turn. I have attained my certification as a distressed property expert (CDPE) and one who has successfully negotiated a number of short sale transactions.My services are all about the CLIENT and it never is about myself. I am a great believer that when good intentions are given, good returns are in store.
