Dr. James R. Waters grew up on the Pecos River in southern New Mexico, moving to Texas in 1989 to attend Angelo State University where after three years he graduated Summa Cum Laude as Valedictorian of the Science College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. Dr. Waters was immediately accepted into the Top Dental school in the nation, the prestigious University of Texas San Antonio Dental School where he excelled in his studies graduating in 1996 Magna Cum Laude at the top of his class.
