You are responsible for the Full Amount of your reservation if you cancel within 7 days prior to the date of your stay. If we are able to re-rent a room you have canceled you will be refunded the room amount less a $25.00 per room processing fee; if your cancellation has occurred within 7 days of your stay. Guests are responsible for the entire reservation.
