- Inselhaus does not operate like a hotel. We have a small number of rooms and need as much notice as possible if you have to cancel your reservation. Cancellations have to be made by phone or email at 14 days in advance to avoid a charge. Whole house cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance to a charge of the full abount of the reservation.
