- Due to the small size of our Inn any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If the reservation is canceled with 14 days advance notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge. If the reservation is canceled with less than 14 days advance notice, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-booked. Reservations canceled within 4 days of arrival will be billed for the full amount of the stay. No shows and early check-outs will be billed for the full amount due. We will issue a gift certificate for an amount equal to what is billed to your credit card if we are able to re-book the room. Gift certificate must be used anytime within one year (15 day notice). The policy will be strictly enforced without exceptions. We reserve the right to charge the amount due for the entire reservation. All cancellations must be followed up and confirmed in writing via e-mail or regular US Mail. Special events or group bookings require a 60 day cancellation policy.
