ICCS was formed in December of 2015 as a premium provider of a full menu of outsourced customer care programs. The president of ICCS, Shawn Hoover, had previously spent over 20 years as president of a very successful telemarketing firm. He then expanded his program offerings and launched ICCS at the end of 2015 so as to offer businesses a much broader array of customer services.
