More details
- Mission
- Huntington University is a private, four-year, Christ-centered institution committed to developing the "whole person" by assisting students to understand all areas of human knowledge from the perspective of a Christian worldview. Each year, Huntington sends out hundreds of men and women with associate's, bachelor's and master's degree to impact this world for Christ. Adult students are also offered the opportunity to further their education through our EXCEL program which now includes a nursing degree. Small classes offer faculty to opportunity to get to know their students, and the entire campus community helps to nurture students toward success. Students are also offered many opportunities to expand their education through internships, study abroad trips and even service opportunities. Last year alone, the students, faculty and staff logged more than 11,000 volunteer hours through our Joe Mertz Center for Volunteer Service. Tuition is affordable for students with more than $4.5 million in grants and scholarships handed out annually. Huntington University is located in northeast Indiana only 20 miles from Fort Wayne, Indiana's second largest city.
