- Andy Boyles graduated from high school in Centralia, a small town just north of Columbia where he made many friends and has a loyal following. He received his Missouri Real Estate license in 2007 and has had a full time opportunity to serve many clients in the Columbia area. While the past three years were not considered the best time to work in a difficult market, he considers it to have been an opportunity to learn more and gain experience in this very exciting career! At the closing of Andy’s first year he was recognized as a First Year Multi-Million Dollar Producer and in 2009 received the prized Joel Radman Award presented by the Columbia Board of Realtors. These awards recognize professional achievements and are highly respected among his peers. These awards confirm Andy’s high level of competency and service to his clients and the real estate community. Although a higher education degree is not a requirement to practice real estate, Andy is a dedicated student, studying for his Bachelors in Business Administration and Finance at Columbia College. Besides taking yearly continuing education classes, his plans are to continue honing his skills in the various programs and certifications offered by the National Association of Realtors. Now, beginning of his third year in real estate, Andy has teamed up with Audrey Spieler at House of Brokers because of her consistent productivity and notable reputation in Columbia. Together they formed the “A-team†for excellence and deliver outstanding results!
