The Volmert’s have extended their family beliefs and practices to the store managers and upper management throughout the company. Many of our management and employee personnel have been with the company for over 15 years. Now they hope to share these beliefs and practices with their franchisees as Hotshots looks to expand across the country as a brand powerhouse.
