If there's ever been a therapist who insists that her clients conduct any workout and schedule properly so as as to cause harm, that's my gym teacher. Her xperience is vast, but what she brings to her job beyond her knowledge is a genuine willingness to listen to the needs of an individual to help that person accomplish his or her goals safely.
