We strive for a Perfect Match between our clients and their CAREGivers. All of our CAREGivers experienced, and are required to complete extensive training and attend on-going training throughout each year, as well.
No matter where seniors live, in their home, in assisted living facilities or even nursing homes, Home Instead Senior Care is currently providing Alzheimer's care and care for seniors with many other needs, from mobility problems to cancer to recovering from surgery or just needing some extra help around the home. The result is companionship allowing seniors to feel safe and independent while they age in place in the home they've lived in for years.
And in situations when a client has aging-related medical needs beyond our home care capabilities, we refer them to our close partners in the health care industry.
We have been under the same ownership in the Naperville Fox Valley area for over seven years, and are actively involved with nonprofit organizations within our community, like the Alzheimer's Association. We're not a giant corporation run from the top down; we're a community-based, friendly, and responsive company right here in the Naperville, Aurora, Fox Valley area. Our Franchise Owner, Roger Carr, started the Naperville office in September 2003 after his own family faced issues of needing a CAREGiver for his father. We're located at 500 E. Ogden Ave., just east of Naperville North High School, and blocks away from downtown Naperville.
Home Instead Senior Care offers very competitive rates in Naperville, Aurora, Oswego, Yorkville, Sugar Grove and surrounding areas in the Fox Valley. We'll also partner with you to help determine payment options, including wading through the intricacies of long-term care insurance, to make sure your loved one is taken care of.
We're here to help regardless of whether you need a few hours a day or 24-hour continual care. Our services include companionship, meal preparation, showering/bathing and personal care, light housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands, doctor appointments, medication reminders, and other daily living activities.
We believe that personally getting to know an elderly person's needs and desires is crucial in developing a successful caregiving experience. Therefore, we offer a free initial assessment of a senior's care needs in their home, or at a facility before going home. What's most important to us is developing a lasting partnership and caring relationship between a senior and their CAREGiver.
