- Because of our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. Once you have secured your reservation with a deposit, you are fully obligated for your entire stay. If you must cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit with at least 30 days notice (6 months for Dartmouth Graduation weekend), less a $25 administrative fee. For cancellations made within the 30-day period, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason, unless we are able to re-book your accommodations. Should it be necessary to arrive later or depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked for your intended stay.
