They're helpful and had a warm attitude. I was so comfortable expressing my concerns over the phone. Only their expert technician calmed me down and helped me out with the problem I had. He did fix my fridge that was not cooling perfectly in less than 2 hours. I was so happy with the quality. I would not hesitate to call again if needed.
