They came to the residence easily. The technician was fair about the problem I had in my refrigerator that was over freezing and the risks involved with fixing the problem. He clarified every step of the repair, keeping us educated, which was a great feeling. I'm sure I'd contact this appliance repair company again for any repairs we may need!
