- We are a small Bed and Breakfast so cancellations greatly affect us. When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room and you agree to pay the rate quoted for the number of days you reserve it. Cancellations within 72 hours of our 3:00 PM check in will result in loss of your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of our 3:00 PM check in or no-shows will result in one nights charge.
