- Aloha! We welcome you to try our new Pizza restaurant. We purchased the lease on December 31st of 2009. Renovation took us through May of 2009. We still have not really had a "Grand Opening" yet but we are making some really good pizza's and calzones. We are not affiliated with the former "Pizza hanalei" in any way, but we are inspired by them and their legacy. They were a great part of Hanalei for over 25 years, and we enjoyed them for 22 of those years. We are a bit more "thin crust" and have an amazing list of ingredients. Try the "Wild Pig" if you like mana, or if you are a vegetarian ask for the veg head! It has really built a following. If you want a twist, ask for the veg-head "Richard-style". On occaission we make "hot and cold lomi lomi salmon pizza and Hamakua Mushroom "sauceless" pizza. We will make you a cheeseless pizza or you can pick up your own soy cheese and we can make you a "vegan" special. We can get very busy on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights so please be patient. We still hand-roll every pizza. it's worth the wait. If you are not stoked... please let me know! Karlos
