- At the end of the day, the Coyote Inn's four-poster featherbeds provide an optimal night's sleep. All of the 45 guest accommodations, available in casitas or one- and two-bedroom suites, have a private patio, a fireplace, a kitchenette, and a six-foot Jacuzzi bath. Complimentary robes and laundry service are also available.The healthy and varied spa cuisine can be enjoyed in the dining room, beside the pool, or in the guest's room. Herbs from the spa's garden enhance the natural Southwestern flavors fused with Asian flair. Green Valley offers a snack bar in the Mission Guest Center featuring homemade yogurt, fruit juices and protein shakes. Vegetarian meals are available on advance request. Recently Green Valley added menu options based on the principals of the low-carb South Beach Diet. The diet, which is designed to help participants lose weight, has worked out well for the spa's two chefs, who have shed a combined total of 75 pounds. Spa-goers can choose between two versions of the popular diet: Phase one, which is the most restrictive, or phase two, which incorporates more carbohydrates but still facilitates weight loss.
