Owner Kurt Weissman began his career as a full-time apprentice for 3 years with the New York State Chapter President of the Piano Technicians’ Guild. During his apprenticeship, he worked for and learned from the top PTG members of the New York area performing a wide variety of technical operations including piano tuning, moving, action repair and regulation, pin block replacement, piano stringing, soundboard cleaning, soundboard installation, and piano refinishing and touch up. Over the past 35 years as a piano technician, Kurt still treats his profession with passion and has dedicated years of training to developing himself as a skilled craftsman.
