Amy and Melissa recently opened their own law firm in order to have greater flexibility and a closer connection to their clients than was possible in a larger law firm setting. They believe that attorneys should take the time to educate their clients so the clients can meaningfully participate in their own cases.
Our attorneys are strong and committed advocates whether a case is resolved through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. They have tried cases in courtrooms throughout the State of New Jersey, however, their preference is to negotiate a fair settlement whenever possible. They are aggressive when appropriate, but “aggressive” is not their default mode.
Between them, they have engaged in countless numbers of motions, trials, mediations, settlement panels, depositions, and all of the other processes and procedures common to Family Law. The length and breadth of their expertise speak for itself and there are few challenges and issues which they have not handled.
