- Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. If you find it necessary to cancel, please notify us at least 14 days prior to arrival and your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. If you cancel with less than 14 days advance notice, you will be charged one nights stay unless we can rebook your room. In the event you reschedule with less than 14 days notice you will be charged a $25 administrative fee. Reservations can only be rescheduled one time, any rescheduling thereafter will result in being charged one nights stay. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule within 3 days of your reservation, you will be responsible for the entire length of your stay (we may make an exception provided a verifiable medical emergency is produced or we can book your room). We guarantee your room; therefore, cancellations must be made directly with guest services during regular office hours.
