- Seven day cancellation notice is required for a refund of the advance deposit, less a $25.00 service charge. Any reservations cancelled less than seven days from arrival will forfeit the entire deposit unless the guest has purchased cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance may be purchased for an additional $25.00 at the time the reservation is made. If cancellation insurance is purchased, guests may cancel their reservation at any time without the fear of losing their deposit. Corporate reservations require 24 hours notice of cancellation.
