Company description
We do a combination of strength training in small groups with a personal trainer, interval training cardiovascular exercise on either the treadmill or elliptical trainer, supportive nutrition and accountability to provide you with the best results possible, real results! We work by appointment only and train up to 4 women at once. We train women of all different ages and fitness levels so each workout is specifically tailored to your needs.
