German Performance Options was launched in 2003 specializing in VW and Audi and took up residence within another shop in Nashville. Doug navigated GPO to its current location a few years later. Adding BMW, MB and Porsche required a larger facility, hence the move to 1227 Lebanon in 2005. We’ve been serving thousands of clients per year from this location. At the start of 2016 GPO was lucky enough to be chosen by Jay Gould of Music City P&A to be the shop for him. He is now our resident Porsche expert, providing the same excellent service he did during his 16 years at P&A.
Trust is everything – we work diligently to be transparent. When leaving your car with us, we go over in detail what your concerns are. Once we assess your car and diagnose all of your concerns we contact you with an estimate. We explain everything on the estimate so that you have a better understanding of what is going on with your car. Making sure all work is approved by you we then set expectations of time to complete work based on the availability of parts and the time to complete the work. We keep you updated in the event of a delay. We know that if you’re happy with our service you’ll not only come back for maintenance and additional service but refer other European car owners to us. And for that we are grateful.
