Genet Property Group was formed in 2001 as strictly a management company to oversee the leasing and management of these assets. Genet Property Group specializes in using a personal, hands-on approach to make our tenants experience the best it can be. We are continually helping tenants grow or down-size to accommodate their specific needs. Some of our tenants have sold or shutdown companies of one in one type of space and ended up moving to a completely different space without having to deal with the negative consequences of breaking their lease. We have long-standing and trusting relationships with most of our tenants. Our greatest source of referrals comes from them.
