Hi, my name is Erik Willek and I am a Professionally Trained Life Coach that utilizes tools used within Energy Psychology (EP) to get better overall results. These tools also consistently and rapidly increase the pace that my clients reach their goals and help to create a safe and comfortable environment. At certain times in our lives it can be helpful to get an outside perspective from someone like myself, who has been trained to ask you important questions that you may have never thought of before and knows how to help guide you into finding your own answers. As a Professional Life Coach and Energy Psychology Practitioner (EP), I specialize in supporting and helping people to grow their cognitive and intellectual abilities along with having more creativity and clever strategies. My clients also develop more emotional bandwidth, become more attuned in their Spiritual growth, Implement more money awareness and have greater overall fulfillment, satisfaction and confidence in their life.
I have coached everyone from Therapists, Professionals in the Addiction Industry, Teachers, Police officers, Nurses, Business Executives, ect... over the last 10 years. A special thank you goes out to everyone that has allowed me into their lives, it has truly been an honor. When I’m coaching someone, I usually focus on making positive changes within each of these 9 Areas of Wellness: Career, Intimate Relationships, Spirituality ,Community, Fitness, Friends, Physical Environment, Recreation, Money. I’ve found that when you focus on these 9 areas you can create a natural progression of good things within your life, such as happiness, more Intimacy, better money issues, overall health and much more.
