Gene Inspections is a BBB accredited business that performs detailed residential home inspections in the Houston area. The major systems of the home (structural, electrical, hvac, plumbing, and appliances) are inspected above and beyond the Texas Standards of Practice including any needed optional inspections for termite, pool/spa, and well/septic systems.
Gene Inspections uses an administrative platform that makes the home inspection process easier for the client. Automated emails and SMS texts are utilized to verify inspection orders, deliver operating agreements, send appointment reminders, provide the finished inspection report and furnish a payment link to process credit card payments
All inspections are backed by InterNACHI's "We'll Buy Your Home Back" guarantee. If Gene Inspections miss anything at your inspection, InterNACHI will buy back your home within 90 days of closing.
