He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000 and has practiced criminal defense law for nearly two decades across the state of Arizona. From 2003 to 2012, Richard was the managing partner and lead trial attorney for a small boutique criminal defense firm. Presently, he operates his law firm Gaxiola Law Group.
