- Cancellation notification of 2 weeks needed to avoid room charge, 30 days on holidays and special events. No show full amount. Your 50% deposit is required at time reservation is made to hold reservation. Gallets House B & B does not overbook guest rooms and the deposit insures that accommodations will be available as confirmed. We sympathize when a guest must cancel unexpectedly, but must maintain a business policy. Your deposit, less a $50. service fee, will be refunded only if cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to reservation.
