- (One night stays) Reservations require a one-night deposit or 50% for stays of two or more nights. Payment must be received at the time of reservation. If the reservation for a one-night stay is cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. (Multi-day packages) A 50% deposit per person received within 7 days of a reservation secures a reservation; balance is due upon checkout on the last day of visit. If the reservation for a package trip is canceled 90 days prior to the reservation date, the deposit is refundable. If we receive a deposit for a trip and the reservation is canceled less than 90 days before the trip we will apply one half the deposit to a trip for one year following the season of cancellation.
