There is a 50% deposit required at the time a reservation is made. One night reservations will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable 14 days or more before your arrival minus a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival for ANY REASON will not be eligible for a refund and the full amount of your original reservation will be charged to your credit card. However, if we are able to re-rent your room for your reserved time period a refund will be made minus a $20 processing fee. Or if you prefer in the event we are able to fill the vacancy we will issue a credit for a future stay with no processing fee. Please note that we do not give refunds for bad weather, i.e. rainy weekends or snow storms. In the case of a winter storm making travel dangerous or impossible on the day of your arrival we will be happy to issue a credit good for another stay or Frog Meadow merchandise.
