Frank DeLuca YMCA is a newly renovated Family Center with a variety of programs & services. Members take advantage of our state-of-the-art Wellness Floor equipped with TechnoGym technology, more than 130 group exercise classes per week (Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT & RPM; Zumba), wellness coaching (including an 8-week, complimentary wellness program), personal training, safe & enriching child development, youth sports, swim lessons, open swim, Racquetball, Pickleball, adult sports and more.
