Complete architectural service for the renovation of university dormitories and apartments in Alabama, and major additions to long term care and residential facilities for the elderly in Kansas.
Industrial projects include the planning, design or project management of major factories in Kansas, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Australia, Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan.
Projects are accepted on the basis of size, complexity and timetable, worldwide. There is no fee for initial consultation; project fees are negotiated on a lump sum basis, including expenses following the definition of the scope of services to be provided using the standard AIA Contract format.
