- Regarding cancellations, subject to a $20.00 processing fee, refunds of deposit will be made for cancellations occurring at least 10 days prior to arrival. With less than a 10 day notice, guests will receive a gift certificate for a future stay equal to the amount of the deposit. If less than 48 hours the guests are responsible for the nights reserved unless we can rebook the room. We regret that we cannot make exceptions to this policy as we have a very limited number of rooms to rent and our average reservation is made over 2 months in advance of arrival. Early departures fall within the cancellation policy. Please remember, we are making a firm commitment to you and you are making one to us.
