Special Events Room Rental, Package Stays (i.e. Entire House Rented, Wedding Receptions, etc.) Cancellations must be made 90 days prior, and are non-refundable. No shows or less than the above notices will result in a charge equal to the first nights room charge or in the case of package plans... $125.00 per person.
