School Philosophy
As an observer of a Day School session, you will see the children participating in a variety if self-selected and teacher-directed activities. You will see children painting and drawing, building and riding, working puzzles, and creating peg patterns, hammering nails, pounding clay, sliding and climbing, cooperating and arguing, dancing and singing-children learning and growing through their play. ...

Accessible by Chicago Transit Authority buses (151-Sheridan, 145-Wilson/Michigan, 146-Marine/Michigan, 147-Outer Drive Express) and subway trains (Red Line-Chicago); taxicabs plentiful.
Notes-schedule
Preschool is also offered 3 afternoons a week: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, 1:00 to 3:30pm, September through May, at a cost of $3,662. Figures raised 5% for 2007-2008 school year.
Handicap Accessible
A handicapped accessible entrance and elevator are located at the 126 E. Chestnut entrance.
