- We are a small, owner-run bed and breakfast, so cancellations affect us significantly. If you cancel your reservation at least fourteen (14) days before your scheduled arrival, we'll be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 handling fee. If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival and we are able to re-book your room, we'll also refund your deposit, less a $25 handling fee. We'll make every effort to re-book your room, but in the event we cannot, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation. Please note that a cancellation is not in effect until you receive confirmation from us that we've received your message.
