We are a family owned and operated establishment. We focus on our New estilo Jalisco (Jalisco Mexican style) menu. Fonda Don Chon Restaurant features a cozy dining room and a elegant buffet line with a view of the kitchen. In our interior we have comfortable furnishings and a Mexican rustic décor with soothing warm tones. The outside patio features comfy rod iron chairs and tables. It is the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat, for a drink, or for a small business meeting. The menu is inspired from Don Chon’s Estilo Jalisco dishes which are typical in the state of Jalisco Mexico. You can get house specialties like Molcajetes which is served in a Volcanic rock dish filled with a combination of beef, chicken or shrimp surrounded by Oaxaca cheese, nopal(cactus), cilantro, green onion, and chorizo topped with our special sauce or you can get our mouth watering Sopitos Estilo Tonaya that are rare to find on any menu.
