First Steps Recovery is a residential detox program on a luxurious, 5 acre ranch in the beautiful foothills at the gate of Yosemite. Located just 15 miles east of Fresno in Clovis, we offer a highly monitored, safe detox that includes: monitored withdrawal services, withdrawal protocols, assessment, psycho-educational groups, yoga and exercise programs, case management, individual and group psychotherapy. Our physicians are specialists in detoxification and aftercare treatment.
