- To insure fairness for all NY customers, any reservation with departure dates outside the 9-month Maximum Window can not be changed or cancelled until 18 days after the reservation was made. Pets must have a current rabies certificate. Pets must be on a 6 foot leash at all times. On the Gorge Park trails, children need adult supervision at all times. This campground allows 1 night minimum stays for campsites only. Cabins are 7 or 14 day stays during Peak season and run SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY. Peak season runs from the end of June to the end of August. Cabins have a 2-day minimum stay outside of peak season. Peak season: A person may be the primary site occupant for 14 total days of camping within a 16 day period. S/he must leave the park for 48 hours once they have stayed the maximum number of days allowed before beginning a new reservation. The campground can get noisy during the special events that are held at the park.
