Company description
As an undergraduate at UCLA majoring in Psychology, Lia found ways to engage in the world of psychology. She was a teaching assistant for an interpersonal communications class, as well as a research assistant for Asian American Psychology Research projects. She then went on to San Francisco Sate University, completing two master’s degrees in two specializations of therapy, while continuing to teach at SF State and for a local community outreach organization. She interned at three different schools, counseling youth and families from all different backgrounds and socioeconomic levels. During her spare time, she volunteered at her church, spearheading the youth group program, counseling and teaching youth and families.
