- A cancellation with less than 20 days' notice prior to arrival results in forfeiture of the advance deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 72hrs of the reservation arrival date or a no-show occurs- the FULL amount of the reservation stay will be charged, no refunds will be issued. We refund a deposit if we are given 20 days notice prior to arrival minus a charge of 10 percent for processing/handling. (Refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process after notification, the deposit is credited to the last night of a confirmed stay.) No refunds are authorized for early departures.
