We had a problem with our Fridge's temp. Exquisite Appliances came & fixed them. The guy was punctual, courteous & very professional & I would highly recommend Exquisite Appliances if you have any problems with any appliance.

Constantine, our Exquisite Appliances service man, was outstanding. Very personable and thorough in his job, and gave advice on keeping appliances in tip-top shape. Much appreciated. He took care with my dryer and very efficiently cleaned up the area he worked in. He left a Exquisite Appliances information magnet on my dryer - I would use your company again.

Responded quickly. The technician was polite and knew what he was doing. The customer service rep was polite, answered my questions and scheduled my appt.

I did not have to wait a long time for the technician to come, my washer would not start, had lots of dirty laundry, no clean sock left. He came, knew exactly what went wrong. In half an hour I was using my washer. I never used them before, but now I will, because they saved me time and hustle.

Nice experience with them again. Had been served before, and asked them a few days ago to come to fix my refrigerator, and they were just as good.
