- Main Entrance - Fifth Avenue between 33rd & 34th Streets. All Visitors must use this entrance. During busy times there may be a wait so please be patient! Handicap Entrance - 34th St., the entrance between Bank of America and Hallmark Cards. Note: The 34th Street Handicap Entrance is only open Monday - Friday until 6pm. Please use the Main Entrance for all other times. ESB Audio Tour: $6.00 The audio tour is tied in with corresponding signage, so that visitors will know exactly what they are seeing from every vantage point on the observation deck. Tickets purchased online include a $2.00 surcharge per ticket. Note: There is no coat or baggage check and only carry-on size and style bags are allowed on the observatory.
