Company description
Our Founder, Ken Cornett, instills in his company principles of good communication, honesty, friendliness and the value of being part of a great team. When Ken was a young man, he worked in the trades doing framing, siding, carpentry and building homes. By the 70's, he was building dozens of speculative homes around Mill Creek. He opened Cornett Construction in 1986 and continued custom home building and remodeling in Puget Sound. In the 90's he assembled a staff of design and construction veterans who would be the cornerstone of Estate Homes for next ten-plus years. Currently, Estate Homes is an industry-respected design-build firm with a long list of happy customers.
