Company description
To tell you a word or two about myself: I was born and raised in San Antonio. I am licensed by the Texas Supreme Court and I ensure that people in the community have a fair and honest legal representation. My law firm, Espronceda Law, PLLC, handles a variety of cases, including family law, business law, oil and gas and criminal defense. In addition to representing people in many types of legal matters, I teach the next generation of legal minds at the Institute for Law and Public Affairs at the University of Texas in San Antonio (UTSA). I received my undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and my law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, I deliver business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, I was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where I worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen. I also care deeply about running. No matter how busy I get, I set aside time to get in a workout. Some of my best ideas for trying a case come during my runs.
Jennifer Espronceda is an attorney who works closely with professional services providers—namely lawyers, law firms, legal consultants and legal organizations—to help clients resolve legal disputes and develop “house-counsel” policies. As an advocate, Jennifer represents clients in both criminal and civil matters presenting evidence and arguing in court to support her clients. As an advisor, Jennifer counsels her clients about their legal rights and obligations and suggests particular courses of action in business and personal matters. Whether acting as an advocate or an advisor, Jennifer researches the intent of laws and judicial decisions and applies the law to the specific circumstances faced by her clients.
