Less than a year ago Ernest Pools replaced the pump for my pool. It broke about 7 months later. After checking the electrics were working and chasing Ernest constantly (they never return phone calls) they refused to take any responsibility and insisted it was my job to go back to the manufacturer to replace the pump. It's like taking your car in for a new engine, the car breaking and the garage saying go back to the engine makers. Very poor service and I recommend you avoid this company.
