EON customers who wish to inquiry on their prepayment meter can call the standard customer service number. When they already own such a prepayment meter and they need to discuss about their account, they are free to ask further about services and products (option 1). The same number will take gas account questions (option 2) or electricity subscription queries (option 3). For a situation in which the customer changed homes, option 1 is the valid one. Call the EON Number whenever the prepayment meter is involved and always make sure to listen to the menu options carefully, to avoid any error.
